Unless you have been living under a rock for the past few years you must have heard of Mindfulness and the claims (and counter claims) that are made for it.

Have you ever been tempted to give it a go to see what all the fuss is about?
Maybe you have been put off by claims that practicing Mindfulness can be dangerous
Maybe you have heard that you have to don an orange robe and go to live on a mountain in Tibet for years.
Maybe you are frightened that you will have to give up control of some essential part of your mind and life.

For whatever reason; many people are wary of dipping their toes into the Mindfulness pond. I hope through this seminar to give a nudge to those of you who wish to take the first step on a journey of self discovery to a better place.  The benefits can be many and for some it can be life changing. Who knows what it could do for you? But unless you try it, you won’t know will you?

Join me for a two hour talk where together we’ll explore what Mindfulness is and how you can benefit from it. In a totally secular setting I'll show you some simple techniques that will give you a basis for further exploration of this life affirming method.
